Reporting and Data Submissions Requirements
All Massachusetts hospitals that perform angioplasty or PCIs must submit patient and physician specific data to Mass-DAC on a quarterly basis. In January of each year, an annual report of the latest cleaned and adjudicated fiscal year (October-September) is prepared by Mass-DAC and approved for release by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Click this timeline summary (pdf), updated July 18, 2011 to download the most recent document for the data submission harvest, adjudication periods and reporting date for the next several report periods. For more details on Mass-DAC policies and regulations, please download the, Mass-DAC Policy document.
