  1. Tuesday, November 17, 2009 - AHA Scientific Sessions 2009: Mass-DAC

    Dr. Ather Anis presented at the AHA Scientific Sessions 2009 conference recently held in Orlando, Florida. His research found that primary PCI for STEMI at centers without surgery on-site is associated with similar rate of death and MI but increased repeat revascularizations at one year.   2. Tuesday, September 1, 2009 - Abstract Accepted as a Late Breaking Clinical Trial at the 2009 AHA Scientific Sessions in Orlando

    "Outcomes Following Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention: A Comparison Between Hospitals With and Without Cardiac Surgery On-Site" was accepted as a Late Breaking Clinical Trial abstract at the 2009 American Heart Association Scientific Sessions in Orlando. Authors include Ather Anis, Sharon-Lise Normand, Robert E. Wolf, Ann Lovett, Laura Mauri, Neal Patel, and Alice K. Jacobs.
