Mass-DAC is responsible for publishing an annual report on risk-standardized mortality rates for hospitals performing coronary artery bypass graft surgery and percutaneous coronary interventions in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We also create other confidential reports on data quality for each participating hospital. Below are links to the most recent annual report and several educational presentations and documents that provide additional details on interpreting the reports. The Reports Menu provides direct links to informational pages on each report type created by Mass-DAC.
