All Massachusetts hospitals that perform angioplasty or percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) must submit patient and physician specific data to Mass-DAC on a quarterly basis. Data will be collected by each hospital utilizing the American College of Cardiology (ACC) National Cardiovascular Data Registry (NCDR) Instrument. All data will be collected with no exclusions, including identifing demographic information on both patient and physician.
