The charge of this committee is to facilitate utilization of shared data from the Massachusetts Cardiac Surgery Data Registry for purposes of reporting observations that are of interest to the medical community and are based on sound scientific principles of study design and analysis. This committee will approve or deny the request before sending the proposal to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health for final approval.
